TCERT was born in 2011 based on the desire by various advanced actors to have a non-profit organization dedicated to Telecom Security.

So far, TCERT has been mostly in stealth mode, working on practical problems at both industry, operators and government level.

TCERT has today around 10 member organizations, an Advisory board and a Expert Advisory group regrouping more than 30 individuals.

TCERT non profit organization is going to be registered in Switzerland for independence and neutrality reasons.
